Perrini Ranch is an Abilene staple... actually situated just outside Abilene in Buffalo Gap. Known for it's steaks, live music and dancing under the stars, it is popular date night destination for the many Abilene college students. That being said, I never once ate there during my college years. Dawn, on the other hand, went there often with her then boyfriend, Barry, his brothers and all their friends. 18 years after my college graduation, I have finally visited Perrini's... and I must say, it was well worth the wait!
